We are sorry that you feel unsatisfied with the notice and support. However as discussed several times, your mother's needs changed dramatically, that all her care team reported concerns for her wellbeing and safety alone. Due to your own worries regarding your mother you visited her more often, usually every other week, travelling from London and cancelled the support provided. We tried our best to accommodate this. These reasons were given in your notice. All management work hands-on at the frontline of all care, giving person-centred care with dignity.
