Hello Craig. We are sorry to hear of the passing of your mother, please accept our deepest condolences. During the 3 years of care that was provided to your mother, we raised various concerns to the social worker around the safety of your mother remaining at home due to her advanced dementia and her struggles to follow instructions. We are renowned for the high quality care we provide to our customers, as evidenced by the record number of nominations (163 in total) we received from customers and/or their families for our 2022 carer of the years awards, so we are sorry to hear that you feel our care to your mother did not meet the high standards we set ourselves.
