We are extremely sorry and disappointed that you've had cause to complain about our service. We aim to provide the best care possible to those we support and take all feedback and complaints seriously. As you are aware we have been in contact with you and we have fully investigated the matter regarding the issues raised. A visit from a Community Facilitator was promptly arranged where the care plan was reviewed, and observations were carried out with the Care Workers. Our Community Facilitator has continued to visit and monitor the concerns and we believed you were satisfied with the actions being taken.
