I know you have recently had a visit and I can see follow-on ones are scheduled so that between you, the case manager and your son's key worker, the improvements needed on the rota happen in a safe & sustainable way. We love supporting your son and over the last 4 years we have been working together, your timely feedback is always greatly appreciated as that is one way for us to grow and improve the services we deliver. On the communication improvements, you will be pleased to know that we now have a new regional manager in post since 21st March. We cannot wait to get her introduced to everyone face-to-face in the coming week. This will bring about the much-needed extra resources to help streamline our administrative operations and the new awaited system will be live soon.
