Our objective is to provide person-centred care to all our clients which involves getting to know the client, not just with their care needs, but as a person. This enables us to provide a care worker who will interact and be able to offer support whether emotional or physical with kindness, understanding and respect.<br>Our management team work hard to ensure that packages of care are working by being visible and proactive which enables them to preempt any issues before they arise. They are available to all care workers, clients and their families, if they wish to contact them.
