Thank you so much for your lovely words. Our team will appreciate this so much.<br>As you know, our team loved your mum and were all very honoured to have looked after her. The latter days were difficult but we know that she wanted us there with her and we were very happy to be there for her. She was a very lovely lady and I know the staff miss her greatly.
