It is with a heavy heart that you were given notice as your care needs changed and we did not have sufficient capacity to support this. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the specific care worker you preferred for personal care. We are not always able to supply specific care workers as we have a team of care workers, that have different working patterns and availability. We are surprised that you say that your cleaning was not carried out to a suitable standard, as you regularly refused assistance with this task. Kind regards.
