Since this review was written we have resolved the issue of you feeling like you would need to leave our services as the clinical/financial needs changed - we are thrilled we can now provide double the care to you and that we can now move forward with a new care plan. We always take care/customer compatibility seriously and we hope that with the new care plan changes we can resolve any mis-matches that had previously happened whilst we were in the initial stages of care provision.
