In response to this review, I would like to say that the feedback is positive and informative because it shows that our training is paying off. We continue to focus our efforts of training carers so that they can offer the kind of premium service that separates us from the competition. We are currently conducting an annual refresher training course that all carers will complete. Combined with spot checks and one-on-one reviews with each of our carers we hope to further improve the kind of service we are known for and to provide excellent value to our clients.
