Thank you for your review/feedback. We have now put some different carers in so hopefully they can build up a relationship with the client and can think about starting some companionship visits again.
As a company, the care notes are reviewed daily and I have spoken to the carers about making sure that everything is thoroughly documented in the notes. I hope that you have seen an improvement in the documentation. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you and improve the service.
