Nevertheless, I have reviewed the rotas and out of 336 visits made, we provided the same carer for 228 visits, which I believe to be an exceptional level of care continuity. I'm sure you would agree that staff are required days off, and as a business, we have to respond to sickness, in which case other staff have to attend. It allows for care to continue, minimising risk. If it provides you with peace of mind, we currently have 119 policies in place, which are accessible to all staff through our electronic HR portal citation; There are also hard copies in our office.
