We've done a spot check of your last 100 visits and can see that on four visits we've had to change your staff member at the last minute. Unfortunately, times can arise when either the member of the team is too ill to come to work or they are dealing with an incident at a previous visit. Our duty team are aware that they must inform anyone of any potential changes and discuss these with the individual before making the change. We will regularly check in with you to ensure our communication is spot on for you.
