Thank you for your comments! We always try to do our best regarding training needs that improve our premium service. We are currently undergoing annual refresher training for all our carers. Our carers are unique individuals with different learning styles. This is why we are combining the refresher training with spot checks and one-to-one reviews with each carer to ensure our carers are happy and well-supported to provide excellent care at every visit. We appreciate reviews as they represent constructive feedback that we can use to polish-up skill sets.
