Thank you for the lovely review. <br>It was an absolute pleasure getting to know your mum and dad and providing them with person-centred care so they could continue to enjoy their home together. <br>It was incredibly sad when your mum passed away, but it was a privilege to be part of her end-of-life care as well as supporting your dad the best way we could as he prepared himself to say goodbye. <br>To continue to be a part of your dad’s care is a pleasure; he is a remarkable man and someone who the care professionals enjoy visiting.
