As we discussed, when you cancel visits with little notice, sometimes our care teams have busy mornings and like on this occasion, didn't check their phone for the message that you'd cancelled the care call. It was good to hear that you are indeed happy with the quality of our care services however and now know the right people to contact should you ever have to cancel in future.
