Thank you for your review, I would just like to respond, all our carers follow a robust full 4-day induction, which includes both End of Life care and an in-depth Moving and Handling section, also any new equipment placed into the client's home, that the staff may not be familiar with, we then complete bespoke training with this too.<br>I would like to remind you also we clearly stated when completing the assessment that we have both male and female carers and of all ethnic backgrounds, which your family agreed would be acceptable before we commenced the care.  <br>We are sorry you have felt the need to use this and other platforms to complain, we would have completed a full complaints investigation procedure if you had come to us with any of the complaints you are raising here.
