In this instance, for the safety of your wife and our carers, after much discussion and many assessments, we deemed it unsafe to be transferred in any way bar a ceiling hoist. <br>We referred the case to your OT and continued to chase the matter, however, the duration of which it took, unfortunately, was out of our hands. <br>We apologise for the time spent in bed but are very pleased that the hoist is fitted and you are back to your normal routine!
