I’m sorry you feel some messages aren’t passed on however we are aware you call the office many times a day and we try our very best to answer each and every time people call in. We welcome a call to the manager to see what else we can do to ease any concerns you may have. Your allocated senior sees you regularly at your home for any updates but if you need more contact please let us know and we will only be too pleased to assist in any way we can.
