We are deeply sorry you feel this way and you feel you have had a negative experience of our service. We have spoken with you regarding concerns about your mother’s care and took the appropriate measures to investigate your concerns, including sending management out to observe the carers at your mother’s property to ensure they are providing the quality care we expect of our care assistants. The records that our staff write following visits with your mother conflict with your experience, and we have since tried to contact you on multiple occasions to discuss matters further.
