Our carers have access to key safe information at all times via a secure app. We understand this was an isolated incident due to a lack of network in the area, which was promptly resolved when the carer contacted our out-of-hours service and was provided with the necessary information. It is a pleasure to offer ongoing support to Mum, and we will continue to be on hand for additional and increased support as we have done recently.
