Our services are governed by the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, and we adhere to the principles of Person-Centred care. Upon addressing your concerns, we initiated a safeguarding procedure and arranged a meeting with you and relevant Social Services. Following this investigation, no evidence of neglect or malnutrition was found. Our primary goal is to deliver exceptional care to all our clients. You were encouraged to file a formal complaint if you wished to do so at the time, however chose not to do so. I sincerely apologise for any shortcomings in your experience.
