Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn that you feel that the service we provided in the time that we supported your daughter was not up to the standards that were expected. As an organisation, we always address any concerns raised either by the customer or the family and where needed involve Social Workers and all recommended action plans are put in place and followed through.
We note that you make reference to a specific occasion in which you feel we fell short of required standards and we will bring this matter up to the management to address this concern. We will also review our policies & procedures where necessary in order to improve further. We have been in business now for 13 years and we aim to keep improving.
