When we offer packages of care (POC) on the local authority portal we are always clear on the time slots that we have available, the times for care to be delivered would have been accepted by the Social Worker on the customer's behalf prior to commencement of any visits by us. We are happy to discuss alternative times with you, however, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that these times will be available immediately. I understand from your ongoing correspondence with our Care Manager there has been some confusion as to what services are included in the POC that has been commissioned, this did not initially include any domestic tasks, however, we have now accommodated these requests into the POC.
It can take a few days to settle down when a new customer relationship is being built, we always need that time to make sure we have all the tasks being completed in line with the care that has been commissioned by the social worker.
