Hi Garry, it is a shame you felt this way about the service we provided to you. We have supported you since Dec 2022 and we believed we had a good working relationship with you. We understand that having new staff could be challenging, but due to the nature of the job, people leave or change roles and as such we need to recruit and train new competent staff. All our carers are trained and competent carers. We acknowledge that some of the carers are foreign nationals, but that does not define their competency and ability to do the Job.
