In the scheme of which you live our carers only work until 10 pm and will have a number of service users to support to bed. The night provision is that of a sleepover over which means that they will respond to emergencies only from 10 pm and will not deliver assessed care after 10 pm.<br>I will ask the scheme if it is possible for you to have your call as late as possible.
