Your carers work tirelessly to ensure they arrive on the dot of every visit but sadly they do sometimes encounter traffic, inclement weather, and emergencies at preceding visits which requires a very small window of flexibility around your scheduled visit time, in line with our contract; this should be communicated to you by our fantastic Care Coordination team.
