Hello, We are sorry you feel this way. We provided care to your husband for 13 months, during which you were pleased with the service provided and the communication between yourself and management. You even brought flowers to our Care Manager as you were grateful for the efforts and support given by SureCare.
Unfortunately, due to the change in your husband's needs, we could no longer provide care. This is not something we take lightly and the decision was made after much deliberation. We communicated our reasons for this to you directly.
Sadly, the care sector is struggling with recruitment. We pride ourselves on our fantastic team, including management and treat our team with the utmost care and respect.
