We appreciate that this is your view on the service we provide, but would like to clarify that these matters have already been fully investigated by us and independently by the Social Worker, and found to be unfounded. We understand that you do not agree with the outcomes and would welcome further engagement with you. At Ashbourne Healthcare Services, we strive to provide an outstanding quality of care and improve our service user's experience wherever possible.
