However, in response to your concerns, care workers have to have access to the clients records using a company app on their personal mobile, this enables them to log in and out, record medication and document details about the visit. If you feel that they are using their personal mobiles for something other than work related tasks please do not hesitate to contact the Office Manager so that this can be addressed. We believe that the care workers should be devoting their time to the client whilst at the visit.
