Our mission is all about supporting people to remain in their own homes for as long as possible and to provide our clients with good care, it is therefore very disappointing and sad that we were not able to meet your specific needs on this occasion.  Clearly, and given that we have won awards over the last 7 years, we have managed to do a good job by many. That said, we have never claimed to be perfect, we work with people who come to us when all is not going well, and we will do our level best to help.
