We are very sorry that you feel it necessary to post this review. In particular a personal comment about myself which is simply not correct. We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional and compassionate care and we receive hugely positive feedback from our service users and their families. Our service has also been independently assessed by the CQC who speak to customers and staff alike to ensure we deliver on our promises.<br>We did have a very challenging relationship with you and ultimately, as you know, we felt we could not continue the relationship and we offered to support you transitioning to an alternative provider. Patient safety is our primary concern and we feel we did everything possible to support you and your family.
