Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and Im glad you are happy with how you are treated by the carers. Some of the points you have raised, however, I believe had been solved many months ago. The staff member concerned is no longer working with us, and you have not mentioned anything since so if there are ongoing issues, please let me know. I am often delivering your care myself because of your refusal to have male carers, so by all means we can speak at any point. As you know, we always do our best to provide the carers of a client's choice, but this isn't always possible due to sickness/annual leave, etc, and following your extended hospital stay, we did remind you of this when we took back your contract, which is when you told us that you would rather your husband assist.  Recycling, we are very happy to do so, but when I have been in, you have always said to leave it as your husband prefers to do it himself, but we can certainly assist if you wish us to.
