Hadi Care did not get rid of the particular staff that you are referring to as they had handed in their resignation and unfortunately we cannot both control or dictate this as everyone has the right to make this decision according to their own personal circumstances. We were not given any indication or had any prior information that this would happen. In regards to only getting in touch with money, the invoicing software that we use sends out automatic reminders to unpaid invoices after a certain period has lapsed. Hadi Care has never been about the money as you witnessed yourself when we out of our choice took your son to his favourite football stadium all expenses paid on his birthday as a surprise. Once again, we are very sorry that you feel the experience did not meet your expectations.
