Thank you, we always loved working with your mother, she loved our team and our team loved her.  Having looked further into your comment about staff visiting with their children which we were not aware of, we cannot find any evidence of this but will reinforce our professional boundaries with our staff during their training. Thank you for making us aware, although these may have been staff who had left our services previously and knew Mum. She had such a positive impact on everyone she met.  Kind Regards.
