Hello and thank you for your review. <br>Customized Community Support Ltd always strives to provide high-quality care for service users including utilising feedback and constructive criticism to improve our services. However, in response to some of the above comments, we would like to take this opportunity to inform you that all staff regularly partake in training in the mandatory areas of care and support. New staff to the service are trained by our experienced team leaders and are supervised on care calls until their inductions have been completed and signed off by the registered manager. As requested by law, vetting and reference checks are conducted for every staff member to ensure the safety of our clients and the professionalism of the company.  Concerning PPE, we instruct our staff to alert when stocks need replenishing as we do not want our service user's homes to be crowded with items of a clinical/institutionalised nature to help promote positivity and well-being.
