It was our pleasure to support your aunt and uncle over a five year period enabling them to remain at home, together, until the end of their lives, as they had always wished.  When we first met them they were devastated because a period of ill health of one of them had led to them living apart for the first time in their long marriage; one at home and one in a care home.   We promised that we would provide care that would enable them to be reunited at home and are so pleased we were able to achieve this.  The team supporting your aunt and uncle were exceptional and a couple of them supported them from the first to the last day - a great example of the continuity of care that matters to us at Home Instead.
