I have spoken with the manager at the office and I know there have been a number of phone calls between you and I know she has adjusted a lot of things to try to accommodate your wishes. Whilst we endeavour to give the best service possible we sometimes struggle due to staff sickness and unforeseen circumstances but we have a lovely team of carers and it's good to hear that you like them.
