Regretfully with the change in the needs of the family, after seven years we sadly are no longer able to care for your Mother. I am sorry that you hadn't been informed by other family members regarding your Mothers’s updated care plan in November last year. We have not been contacted by the relevant authorities about the report that you mention making nor do we have a record of a complaint about a colleague raising their voice or the family’s concerns around the level of dignity shown to your Mother. Our aim is to provide the best possible care to those we support, and this is something we take very seriously so if you would like to share this information with us directly, we will conduct a full investigation.
