Your contract with the previous provider is still valid. We were not aware the previous directors had removed the contract. A copy has now been sent. The majority of your care is commissioned through the local authority, so these contracts are between the provider and the local authority, therefore the contract cannot be shared due to GDPR. Your charge rates are provided to Johnjasper from the local authority through their contract, these are significantly lower than all private care calls. All employees are informed the importance of this showing ID for 1st visits, supervisors will robustly monitor this. If you have any concerns in the future, please do not hesitate in passing these on during your regular discussions with our management team.
