Four of these sadly left HI to further their careers, meaning four more carers were placed in the package to ensure adequate staffing.<br>We can confirm in a service review with yourself, the changes in the care plan specifically regarding washing were recorded and shared with your mum’s care team. There is evidence that this was successful when the client gave consent. Though we take families into account, we prioritise the client at the heart of our person-centred care and must gain their consent to carry out any tasks.<br>We can also confirm in the final quality assurance, you stated you were happy with the level of care your mum received and requested for no changes to be made.
