Contrary to your statement our training is not a 3-day video programme. Our Care Workers undergoing a rigorous induction, including 5 days of classroom-based training and ongoing community-based onboarding. Competencies are assessed in real-world settings to ensure high quality care. We have actively participated in Multidisciplinary Team meetings to tailor your husband's care plans and manage your expectations.
