May we draw to your attention some inaccuracies we are happy to correct as you were not directly involved with the client's care until notice was served, after 5 months we hope that you are able to draw a close. The client had left the service in Oct 23, not November 23. The local council, CQC, and ombudsman all dismissed any 'complaint' you made. 7 days' notice as per the signed private contract specification was honoured, not 5 days. The contract was not ended because we could not arrive before 9 am as the call time was 8.45. it was sadly ended and notice served as the situation became untenable despite our best efforts of care planning meetings, changing our systems to suit the family's needs, using different carers and times, etc. We believe her needs were fully met and carers loved her. The calls were cancelled at the very last minute which we accommodated for the family. We welcome any feed back as long as it is accurate and are happy to read she is doing well.
