We are sorry that you felt that us turning up when we were in our notice period was not acceptable.  We would rather show up than not provide an expected visit.  Please remember that cancellations can only be made by the person in the contact or their POA, not another carer from another company who is not known to us and who has no legal authority to act on your behalf.
