We have reviewed the information relating to this review made by a relative of a service user we have cared for since September 2016.<br><br>Facts:<br>- Service user did not have a fall. <br>- Service user was admitted to hospital due to increased confusion and feeling unwell.<br>- Staff stayed with the service user, they did not move on. <br>- Staff were there for over 1.5 hours as family had other commitments, dogs, and couldn't attend at the time.<br>- Staff were still in attendance when the ambulance arrived. Family arrived at the same time.<br><br>We have a Real Time Monitoring System which shows the length of time staff are at visits. This visit lasted from 15.36pm to  17.09pm
