We are very sorry that you've interpreted the situation in this way. A retainer has been put in place with Continuing Health Care (which happens on a regular basis) to retain the continuity of the two care staff I know do a fantastic job. They will then return immediately to you to resume their role come the end of the hospital admission. This is nothing about any financial gain from our end.
