We are sorry that you are unhappy with our service and are looking at ways to resolve this. Unfortunately, since the package of care commenced we had a full-time member of staff on that run sadly pass away and the other full-time staff member reduced their hours to part-time. We have successfully recruited for the full-time position but are still actively recruiting for the part-time back shift position and are having to rely on bank staff to cover this at the moment. We aim to provide continuity and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this is causing. As well as actively recruiting we have had high levels of sickness among staff which has affected our service.
