We're sorry to hear about your experience with inconsistent timekeeping on your 8 am call, we understand how important it is for our care staff to be on time and we try our best to ensure there are no issues/delays around this. However, unfortunately due the unforeseeable, for instance rush hour traffic or in an event of emergency at a previous call, this can impact the carers' timekeeping sometimes.
