I am pleased that your parents are satisfied with their new carer. Although it did take time to do this, it reiterates the importance of selecting the right person, especially when replacing a carer of a year. We always strive to prioritise and resolve matters as quickly as possible. I do hope that any concerns you may have had are now resolved. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment around the management of our live in care service. I do feel that the responsiveness of communication via phone and email with yourself and your parents has always been consistent and flowed freely, but I will obviously take on board the importance of regular visits to your parents going forward.
