Upon thorough review, we found that the issues you raised were unsubstantiated. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) was informed and concluded that no further action was necessary. Additionally, no safeguarding issues were reported by other healthcare professionals involved in your mother's care. Regarding the late visits, your package of care did not stipulate visits at exact times but gave a time interval for visits. There were also instances when the carers were not allowed access to your property, which unfortunately impacted the timeliness of our service. However, any delays or changes to your mother's care were communicated correctly and in a timely manner.
