However, you have expressed your desire to modify this schedule as you stated that it was too early for you. We also did let you know that we did not have the capacity to give you an 8am call as you had requested, but should one come up, you were our priority. This was achieved within less than 4 weeks of your initial request, and you have had these now and we have not had any feedback from you that you were not happy with the 8am call you requested. An investigation was launched into the days you said a morning call was never attended, and it was. On these days, you requested a lay-in and communicated this with us. Therefore, the changes were made appropriately. Otherwise, no modifications would be implemented. Both of your calls are occurring at the times you requested and have been for a while.
